Punctual and clean vehicles.
I had the bad experience. I asked them for a tour so they could show me the area and the emblematic places, including a very famous hill, since I do NOT know that area. We negotiated the price and everything was fine until then. They told me one thing verbally and they did NOT comply. We ONLY went to ONE place and they didn't inform me that I had to pay to enter, and we wandered around for more than two hours without taking me to ANY other tourist place. They didn't even tell the driver the information they gave me. The driver told me that the trip they told me was NOT taking place at that time. If they know that, why did they NOT tell me to do the tour another day. . When I let them know about the situation, they responded: they only apologized and told me that one of the trips was listed as "complementary" because the trip cost more.
I DO NOT know the area OR the rates OR the services they offer. I explained what I wanted to see and that they would show me the area. They are the ones who know the places, the rates, etc. They just have to let the client know and you know if they take the tour or not.
I was really frustrated by that experience. But I leave everything to the Lord who is the one who sees the hearts.
What I did NOT like was the lack of transparency, of information and then wanting to wash their hands and very subtly telling me: don't complain, I gave you a complementary trip.
